Skyblast butterfly dampers cover the exhaust stack when the fan is off. When the fan is on, the flaps are forced out of the way to provide a clear path for air movement. A built-in gutter system is designed to prevent rain and snow from entering the stack. Fabricated from spiral or stitch welded pipe, Skyblasts are available in most sizes and come preassembled for immediate installation. Skyblasts of 15” diameter and under will be fabricated with a single hinged damper blade. 16” and up are made with a butterfly damper.
