90 Degree Conical Swedge Saddles with E-Z Flange are manufactured in Sheet Metal Connectors, Inc.’s yellow-label union shop with an elbow lock seam, lap seam (i.e. stitch weld, riveted, tack weld or solid weld), standing seam or butt weld seam. These may be with or without duct sealant.
Submittal PDF90 Degree Conical Swedge Saddles are larger in diameter at the base for increased airflow and swedged out 5/8” for a clean looking install.
Round end can be manufactured with:
• E-Z Flange Jr. with Barrel Clamp – 6″ to 24″ Diameter
• E-Z Flange with Barrel Clamp – 26″ to 96″ Diameter
